This report builds on the findings from our Crimes Against Humanity data analysis to offer an in-depth look at the Mass Incarceration of Children in New York. The data explores the population of people currently incarcerated in New York prisons for crimes they committed as children, as well as a historical look at the policies that enabled this human rights abuse to flourish in the Empire State.
